27North, Inc.  was founded in 2008 by Jake Hicks. Jake has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of construction.  He received a Bachelors Degree in General Management from Michigan State University and acquired his Masters in Construction Management from Florida International University along with his LEED AP BD+C designation from the United States Green Building Council.

We have a large assortment of professional equipment and licensed subcontractors that take pride in their jobs.  27North is a national and local member of the USGBC as well as an active member of many professional groups in South Florida.
