No, utilities are not included with your rent. Trash is billed at $8 per month.  A one-time internet/cable setup fee of $99 is billed at move-in and $59 on renewal. Electricity is billed based on usage and will be billed separate from your monthly rent. Renter’s insurance is billed at $15 per month, or you can provide us with your own policy from an insurance agent of your choice. All charges will be posted in your 27 North portal.
