What do I do if someone is parked on my spot?
Parking is by permit only in our garage. If you find someone parked in your spot, please contact the leasing office. We will tag and tow the car if necessary. After hours, you can contact security.

How do I make sure I have internet set up before or during move-in?
On move-in day you are provided with contact information and instructions to activate the Internet modem. There is a one-time fee of $99 at move-in for the internet.

No, utilities are not included with your rent. Trash is billed at $8 per month. A one-time internet/cable setup fee of $99 is billed at move-in and $59 on renewal.
